Playing BioShock

Learning assembly until 5 AM after reading manga to relax was not my most favorite time. I do love learning assembly, which would be very useful for debugging, reverse engineering, and so on when I create my games… but it gets tiring to keep reading hundreds of pages per week… I couldn’t wait to go back to my C++ and Blender study, or my projects.

Anyway, I have also just started to try out BioShock today. At first I wasn’t even able to start the game… It turns out that my Logitech mouse software “iPoint” has been causing BioShock to crash on startup. Thankfully I managed to find out that bug. What a big surprise when I found out that many others had the same problem.

BioShock has so far been a fun game, it’s quite easy on medium difficulty, and quite challenging on the hardest difficulty (I set it to the hardest after noticing that it’s too easy on medium difficulty). If I have to rate the game now, I would probably give it an 8 or 9. My favorite weapon that I have access to so far is the machine gun. The shotgun is quite powerful but have horrible reload.

Anyway, I should get back to studying English for my class. See you later ^_^
